When will my order ship?
In most cases, orders entered by 2pm Pacific Time will be shipped the same day. Exceptions include orders that are entered on Saturday, Sunday or on major holidays. In those cases, the order will ship on the next business day. We only accept orders from the United States and US Territories.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept the following form of payments:
- Credit/debit card
For orders being paid with Venmo, there are two steps for order payment:
- You must make your Venmo payment before your order will be shipped. Our Venmo name is 'Virgo-de-Novo'. Our Venmo QR code is shown here and you can scan the code using the Venmo mobile app.
- You must include your Venmo name in the field labeled 'Venmo name' on the order payment screen.
My package was damaged, what do I do?
Occasionally a package will be damaged during shipment. If this happens to your order, please take the following steps:
- Take photographs of the package as well as photographs of the package contents.
- Send the photographs via email to [email protected]. Make the subject line of the email read 'Damaged shipment on Order #
Upon receipt of the email we will quickly investigate and work with you to resolve the problem.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship orders using the United States Post Office (USPS) and United Parcel Services (UPS), however we may choose other carriers at our discretion.
What happens when a product is out of stock?
When we run out of inventory of a particular product, we update our systems and you will see an 'Out of Stock' message on any products where we cannot fill the order. You will not be able to order items that are listed as 'Out of Stock'. However, occasionally, an order will be placed for an item for which we are out of stock, but have not yet updated our website. When that happens, we will quickly contact you and provide you with options, including waiting for the item to come back in stock, canceling the order, or taking another action that might be available to us.
